Volkswagen ‘Tiguan All-Space’, 7-seat family SUV pre-contract
Volkswagen Korea will release a seven-seat family sports utility vehicle (SUV) “New Tiguan All-Space” equipped with a gasoline engine in Korea.
Volkswagen Korea will launch a new Tiguan All-Space contract at Volkswagen’s official dealer exhibition halls nationwide from the 4th. The official release date is the 23rd.
Tiguan All-Space is a best-selling model that has sold more than 1.5 million units in the global market since its launch in 2017. The new Tiguan AllSpace is a long wheelbase version of the second-generation Tiguan partial change model. It is a family SUV optimized for customers’ various lifestyles such as outdoor activities as well as daily life.
The exterior design is more sophisticated and sleek than the previous model. The radiator grille lighting across the front and the front bumper and fender design, which is horizontal to it, complete the strong impression of SUVs. In addition, various digital convenience specifications such as digital cockpit, MIB3 infotainment system, and wireless app connect were applied indoors.
The biggest advantage of the new seven-seater Tiguan All-Space with three-row seats is its various space utilization. The trunk capacity is 230 liters for both 2nd and 3rd rows and 700 liters for 3rd rows. Both the second and third rows increase to 1775 liters when folding.
The new Tiguan AllSpace is equipped with a 2.0 TSI gasoline direct injection turbocharger engine. The combination of eight-speed automatic transmission provides maximum output of 186 horsepower and maximum torque of 30.6 kg·m.
Volkswagen Korea provides a 5-year, 150,000-kilometer warranty extension program and an Accident Repair Total Care Service. The price is 50,986,000 won including VAT.
Volkswagen Korea plans to expand its product portfolio by strengthening its family SUV lineup that meets customers’ needs and lifestyles as well as diversifying its powertrain.
