Suriname ‘·’Owem, why not?’…Tiffany in microcosm in a sense of ambition

Recently, Tiffany Young conducted an interview with iMBC Entertainment at a cafe in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to commemorate the end of the JTBC Friday, Saturday, Sunday drama “The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate” (playwright Kim Tae-hee, director Jung Dae-yoon).

“The Youngest Son of a Chaebol Family” is a fantasy drama in which Yoon Hyun-woo (Song Joong-ki), a secretary who manages the owner risk of the chaebol family, returns to the youngest son of the chaebol family and lives his second life. In the play, Tiffany Young plays Rachel, a partner of Oh Se-hyun (Park Hyuk-kwon), a Korean-American representative of Miracle Investment. We will help major shareholder Jin-joon (Song Joong-ki) and join the plan to revenge on Sunyang.

Tiffany Young called “the youngest son of a chaebol family” a “glamorous initiation.” It was a modifier that nodded automatically. That’s because this is his debut work, which had a 26.9% viewer rating (based on paid households nationwide in Nielsen Korea).

“I still can’t believe it. I remember watching the actual show passionately every time. The work itself was splendid, but the spectacular initiation ceremony seems to have been made by the viewers.”

He took his first step in acting with the musical “Chicago” last year, but this is his first media acting. He said he was at a loss to be able to work with seniors such as Song Joong-ki and Lee Sung-min.

It’s been a year since I was on stage. As a beginner in acting, it was also a big challenge that the environment changed in an instant. But I overcame it in the end. Perhaps it was natural for him, who has been through all the hardships in the group Girls’ Generation for 15 years.

Tiffany Young said, “What I felt the more I did it, the more important it was to take care of my health and mental strength to get through this day to the end. I think I got used to it quickly because I was with such good seniors in all the fields. He also said that he had been a singer for a long time and developed performance skills that respond quickly and flexibly at showcases and concerts.

There were some regrets about his acting skills, but he didn’t care much. It was a Rachel-like figure with an honest and confident charm. Tiffany Young said, “This work was a great learning moment for me. Recognizing his lack, he dreams of becoming a growing actor. “I’m more grateful these days. The results shown continue to come out, and they like to be completely immersed and melted. I liked music, so I wrote lyrics and composed songs, and then I read the script and studied acting. It was all a helpful process,” he said.

He said, “I want to try movies, too.” I’m curious, and I want to take a script of one work and dig it out to the end and move it to the screen,” he added. I could also hear his taste in movies. My favorite movie director is Martin Scorsese. He said he loved Sharon Stone in his work Casino and Margot Robbie in The Wolf of Wall Street.

Among the Korean works, I even guessed the role of David in the Netflix original series “Suri Nam,” which was released this year.

“If David was a woman, I would have tried that role.” I am grateful that the time has come when I can freely express my imagination without distinguishing the boundaries between men and women. She could be the front woman of “Squid Game”. Isn’t this the peak time of K-drama and K-film that allows you to dream as an actor? It’s such an honor to debut at a time like this.”

Tiffany Young called this year “a Miracle-like year.” It was taken from Miracle Investment, a company that worked with Song Joong-ki and Park Hyuk-kwon in the work. As he said, from “Chicago” to Girls’ Generation’s 15th anniversary album activities, to “The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate,” he performed brilliantly in four cafes.

He said, “It was a dream year. “It was a very meaningful and miraculous year of investment like Miracle,” he said.

Tiffany Young then expressed her ambition as a new actor, saying, “I hope I can become an actor who opens both my mind and thoughts.” As an individual, I’d be “a person who focuses on the present.”

Tiffany Young said, “There were times when I was tired of doing anything. “I hope I can become a person who can make every day meaningful even if I am not tired and perfect,” he said.
