Rafael Varane Retires from the French National Team “When a New Generation Comes Out”
World’s top defender Rafael Varane (30, Manchester United) ended his trip with the French national soccer team. It is a relatively early retirement from the national team.
Rafael Varane announced his retirement from the French national soccer team through his SNS on the 1st. It has been about 10 years since he was selected for the national team for the first time in March 2013.
“It’s been one of the biggest honours of my life to represent France for 10 years,” Rafael Varane said. “Every time I wore a blue uniform, I felt a lot of pride.
